Starting October 1st property owners who use their homes as a vacation rental will see much higher fees. Currently vacation renters only pay a one-time charge of $35.

Man Arrested For Killing His Mother

28-year old Devin Johnson is locked up, charged 2nd degree murder for the stabbing death of his mother at their home on Jacaranda Pkwy W. The body of 69-year old Rosemary Johnson was discovered by Cape Coral police after family members were unable to reach her.
