This week by a vote of 8-0 the Cape Coral City Council approved a contract extension for City Attorney Aleksandr Boksner through 2029. Boksner was given a 7.25% raise which puts his annual salary at $320,606.
A special City Council meeting was held last month to evaluate Boksner. At that meeting he received high marks from all 8 council members. City Manager Mike Ilczyszyn will receive his review September 17th. The evaluation meetings are open to the public and held in a conference room at City Hall.
